Cancellation of Agreement

This coaching program operates on an upfront payment structure due to the significant resource allocation involved in the client’s health journey. Therefore, payments are non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances

If either party needs to cancel the agreement prematurely due to unforeseen and significant life events—such as severe health issues or personal emergencies—the party requesting cancellation must provide at least 7 days’ written notice. While refunds are not possible, the Coach may, at their discretion, agree to suspend the coaching program, allowing the Client to resume remaining sessions at a mutually agreed-upon later date.
