This Refund Policy governs all coaching and training services offered by Narasimharaju Perumal (“the Coach”, “We”, “Us”).

No Refund Policy

All coaching and training programs provided by Narasimharaju Perumal operate on an upfront payment basis due to the personalized nature of the services, advance planning, and dedicated time and resources allocated to each client.

All payments made are strictly non-refundable, under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Dissatisfaction with results

Change in personal or professional circumstances

Time constraints or scheduling conflicts

Partial participation or non-participation

Early discontinuation of the program

Once enrollment is confirmed, no request for refund—full or partial—shall be entertained.

Program Validity & Usage

Each coaching program is valid for the duration specified at the time of enrollment (for example, 90 days from the date of enrollment).

All coaching sessions and services must be utilized within this validity period.

Any unused sessions beyond the validity period shall automatically expire without refund or compensation.

Exceptional Circumstances (Pause Only, No Refunds)

In the event of unforeseen and significant life events—such as serious medical conditions or personal emergencies—the Client may request a temporary pause in the program by providing at least 7 days’ written notice.

At the sole discretion of the Coach:

The program may be temporarily suspended

Remaining sessions may be resumed later within a mutually agreed timeframe

This does not entitle the Client to any refund, full or partial.

No Guarantee of Results

Narasimharaju Perumal does not offer “quick-fix” or guaranteed health outcomes.

Coaching results depend on multiple factors including individual effort, consistency, and adherence to recommendations.

By enrolling, the Client acknowledges that:

Results are not guaranteed

The Coach shall not be held liable for outcomes arising from non-adherence

Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
